Improv for parents and teens
Improv for Parents and Teens is a lighthearted, meaningful workshop that helps families communicate with more empathy, humor, and trust. Through playful scenes and listening games, participants practice saying “yes” to each other’s ideas instead of competing to be right. The exercises open space for curiosity, respect, and shared laughter — the building blocks of real connection. Parents learn to let go of control; teens learn to feel heard. It’s not therapy — it’s joyful rehearsal for staying close, even when life gets loud.
