Improv for systems thinking

Improv for Systems Thinking is a collaborative workshop that helps teams understand interdependence, complexity, and change by experiencing them firsthand. Through ensemble-based exercises, participants explore how small actions ripple across larger systems — and how awareness, feedback, and adaptability keep those systems healthy. The games become living models of connection, illustrating emergence, balance, and unintended consequences.
