Improv for systems thinking
Improv for Systems Thinking is a collaborative workshop that helps teams understand interdependence, complexity, and change by experiencing them firsthand. Through ensemble-based exercises, participants explore how small actions ripple across larger systems — and how awareness, feedback, and adaptability keep those systems healthy. The games become living models of connection, illustrating emergence, balance, and unintended consequences. By learning to read patterns instead of fixating on parts, participants strengthen their ability to design, lead, and communicate in dynamic environments. It’s systems thinking brought to life — playful, embodied, and deeply human.
